Yesterday, chefdandrecarter visited Kendall College as a Niman Ranch Ambassador — sharing his passion for responsible sourcing and high-quality ingredients with the next generation of culinary talent.

He spoke to the culinary students about Niman Ranch’s Iberico program and why the quality of the product you start with shapes the end result. To bring that lesson to life, he brought smoked Iberican Duroc St. Louis ribs for the students to taste — showing firsthand how exceptional ingredients can elevate everything that happens in the kitchen.
