## Caption

Lots of people call Bocaccio TRASH.  They're dead wrong.  I've fed plenty blind taste test as they're asking me, "what is this?  Calico?  Reds?  It's delicious"  this is Panko Fried if you were curious. 

They get big, pull hard and eat BIG Baits.  Salmon Grouper are cool as hell to me!
