We’re in Buffalo for another episode of Tasty Tailgate presented by Pepsi — and this time, I’m showing you how to make the ultimate tailgate chicken quesadilla.

Using rotisserie chicken, melted cheddar, and a little Buffalo-style heat, this quesadilla is built for game day greatness. Watch me test my flipping skills, add some crunch with some crispy fried chicken skin, and make a cheese crust like you've never seen before.

I’ve only been to one so far, but it's gonna be hard to beat Buffalo as one of the best tailgates in the NFL. Good people, good food, and good football is the perfect recipe for a great tailgate!
