On December 13, 2025, I proudly step into the statistic of Black women in STEM — a statistic that is still too small, but growing stronger every single day. Being in these spaces isn’t just about earning a degree; it’s about claiming room in fields where our brilliance, creativity, and perspective have always belonged.

I do this for the little Black girls who dream big, for the ones who are told STEM is “too hard,” and for the ones who just need to see someone who looks like them doing it. Representation is power, and I’m honored to be part of that power.
