3 Holiday Cocktails!! ❄️🍸✨

Batched Clarified Amaretto Sour
Serves 10

Ingredients:
1 cup whiskey
2 ½ cups Luxardo Amaretto
¾ cup Luxardo Aperitivo
2 cups fresh lemon juice
1 ½ cups whole milk

For Serving:
10 large ice cubes
Fresh-grated nutmeg

Make it!
1. In a large bowl, combine whiskey, Luxardo Amaretto, Luxardo Aperitivo, lemon juice, and whole milk. The milk will curdle immediately, that’s what you want! Stir lightly and cover. Store in the fridge overnight or for a minimum of 5 hours.

2. Place a coffee filter or cheesecloth into a funnel or sieve and place over your serving pitcher of choice. To make things easier, pour the milky mixture into a large measuring cup with a spout and pour into the coffee filter. The mixture will pass through and come out clear. Add the mixture in increments to not overflow the filter. This process can take 1-2 hours for everything to pass through. Once finished, discard the coffee filter and store the cocktail in the fridge until serving.

3. To serve! Place a large ice cube in a rocks glass and pour the cocktail over it, about two thirds of the way up the glass. Garnish with fresh-grated nutmeg. Cheers!

Negroni Sour
Serves 1

Ingredients
1 oz. gin
1 oz. campari
1 oz. sweet vermouth
.75 oz. lemon juice
.5 oz. simple syrup
1 egg white
Ice
Optional garnishes: fresh orange peel, dried orange wheel

Make it!
1. Add gin, campari, sweet vermouth, lemon juice, and the egg white into a bar shaker. Shake HARD for 30 seconds without the ice (this is called a dry shake).

2. Once foamy, add 4 ice cubes (we don’t want a handful because too much ice will kill the foam). Shake once more, for about 10-15 seconds, or until the shaker is too cold to touch. Stop as soon as it’s cold, otherwise you’ll overshake and lose that foam.

3. Double strain into a coupe and top with an orange peel or dried orange wheel. Cheers!

White Negroni
Serves 1 (see batch instructions below)

Ingredients
1.5 oz gin
.5 oz Salers Aperitif
1 oz Cocchi Americano
Ice (small cubes and 1 large one, if you’ve got it)
Orange peel
