## Caption

🇺🇦 Reskilling Ukraine is a Swedish initiative aimed at empowering Ukraine to build the skills needed for the country's reconstruction and resilience. This includes training women in atypical professions for women, such as lorry and bus drivers, or construction machine operators.

The project is run by Swedish non-profit organisation Beredskapslyftet, in collaboration with a number of other Swedish partners, including Volvo, Scania and the Erling Persson Foundation.
