Pesto Grilled Cheese (perfect for dipping)
- Sourdough bread
- Pesto
- Provolone cheese
- Butter
- Fresh basil

Instructions:
1. Spread pesto on each slice of sourdough.
2. Add provolone, close the sandwich, and butter the outside.
3. Grill until golden and melty.
4. Slice into squares and top with fresh basil.
