Movement is life! We feel stuck because we aren’t moving. When we move our bodies, we change how we move through life!

That’s why no matter how I am feeling, I move my body everyday – even when “I don’t have time” or “I don’t feel like it”.  Even if I just turn on a song and dance In place for a moment.  

Make sure you move your body today. As long as we are moving we know we are alive!
