As part of the NBA Mexico City Game 2025, local artist Hola Lou holalou teamed up with jds.sports , detroitpistons , dallasmavs , nba , nbamex , thenbpa and project_backboard to renovate a community basketball court in Mexico City. This project highlights the power of basketball to foster inclusion, youth development, and civic pride, while leaving a meaningful legacy in Mexico City.

The NBA Mexico City Game 2025 is a sports milestone and cornerstone of the league and teams’ long-term commitment to local communities across Latin America.

In addition to the renovations this project included a Jr. NBA/Jr. WNBA Clinic on the newly refurbished community court. The ceremony and clinic featured NBA talent, league and team executives, and local government officials, along with 80 youth from two local nonprofit organizations (Teletón and Alcaldía Azcapotzalco), underscoring the importance of cross-sector collaboration to drive lasting social change.
