Why ADVNC Seattle Starz:
 
Our mission is to develop, prepare and guide Washington student-athletes that aspire to play lacrosse in college.  Here’s how we do that:

Train with Washington’s best coaches and former NCAA players at all levels Youth thru HS:  State championship coaches:  Matt O’Neill – Eastlake 2025, Dylan Hummel – Skyline 2024, Cam Cronk - Seattle Prep (2025, 2024, & 2023). 

Pour coal-to the-fire with our Youth program.  We prioritize fundamentals, ensure consistency with our coaching staff, instill a winning culture, recognize and nurture talent, and invest emotional capital so that every player feels valued and a contributor to the team’s success.

Provide exclusive play opportunities:  ADVNC NDP, West Coast Starz, and ADVNC PNW amplifying exposure to NCAA coaches.

Build a program, not a team.  Top to bottom we have built a national reputation for developing NCAA Collegiate Players.  Our 2026 class has 7 D1 commits (Cornell, Dartmouth, Bryant, Towson, Marist, and the U.S. Naval Academy) which is one of the best recruiting classes in the country.  What do they all have in common?  All started in our club when there were in 4th or 5th grade.
