My husband is the West Coast Racing Champion. So the most exciting discovery was that atlassian Confluence whiteboards have a secret racing mode available on desktop!!! 

Here are his 3 principles that work in BOTH racing and business:

🚕 Delegate:
Racing is a team sport, even if only one person sits in the car.
Business works the same way. You grow only when you stop trying to do everything yourself.

🚙 Focus:
On a difficult track, one second of distraction — and you’re out.
In business, focus on the big goal is what gets you through the messy parts — the setbacks, the doubts, the grind.

🚗 Look ahead:
Great drivers don’t stare at what’s right in front of them — they look far ahead.
Long vision creates speed on the track and direction in business
