✨️ How did you get started in your business/what inspired you?- I've been in the restaurant business for over 20 years. I opened up my first school for baking and pastry in Chicago with the help of my parents. My inspiration in my career has always come from my grandmothers-one who taught me southern cooking, the other who taught me how to throw a dinner party with style.⁠

✨️ What is your favorite biz offering? My absolute favorite business offering are my classes, teaching has always been my first love. ⁠

✨️ What has been the best part of being a small biz owner in Pittsburgh? One of the best parts of being a small business owner in Pittsburgh is the client loyalty and word of mouth. Also the support of other small business owners. We all want to see each other succeed.⁠

✨️ Any fun facts? I thought I wanted to be a lawyer when I grew up until I saw Julia Child on PBS- that definitely changed my career path.⁠
