 How much do we really know about the greenery around us? 🌿 In her Locarno-premiered debut FLYING SCENTS, Swiss director Antshi von Moos follows three very different paths into the plant world: biologist Consuelo De Moraes and her team hunt for florigen, a substance that could trigger instant flowering; science writer Florianne Koechlin deciphers how plants “talk” through airborne scents; and artists Gerda Steiner & Jörg Lenzlinger blur the line between nature and artifice.
