“When I pitched The Last Socialist Artefact together with my co-producer at the 2017 Co-Pro Pitching Sessions, I had no idea what kind of struggle lay ahead of us. (...)⁠
From complex financing to shooting during a pandemic, it sometimes felt like an impossible mission. But in the end, we made something truly beautiful. And when the series won the Best Series Award at Series Mania in 2021, I honestly felt like the happiest person in the world. The Series Mania award is one of the very few I keep at home, not in my office."⁠
