📣 It’s the #Outrageous world premiere at the 2025 Tribeca Festival!
 
Made by Firebird Pictures, part of BBC Studios, for UKTV and BritBox International, the upcoming series had its first official screening at the large scale tv and film festival in New York.
 
Outrageous is based on Mary Lovell’s definitive biography, The Mitford Girls. Set against the gathering storm clouds of the 1930s, masked by the decadence, frivolity and lavishness of British high society, Outrageous will bring the full, uncensored story of the Mitford sisters to the screen for the first time…
 
Audience members at the Tribeca screening were treated to an advance screening of the first two episodes of the captivating new show about the infamous Mitford sisters. Some of the series stars Joanna Vanderham, Zoe Brough, Shannon Watson as well as creator and writer Sarah Williams, and executive producer Matthew Mosley were all in attendance.
 
A story of family bonds and betrayals, public scandal, political extremism, love and heartache, you don’t have long to wait to watch this! It will premiere on 18th June on BritBox in North America and 19th June on U and U&Drama in the UK.
