Australian authorities have released dramatic footage showing a skydiver left dangling thousands of meters in the air after their reserve parachute snagged on a plane’s tail. The incident happened south of Cairns during a stunt jump in September. A planned formation broke down when the skydiver’s reserve chute was accidentally activated and wrapped itself around the aircraft.
