## Caption

We need to focus more of our efforts on developing the ecological (environmental) approach to training rather than solely looking at the deliberate approach. Develop drills and games that "speak to the players" and implicitly teach concepts. While the deliberate approach feels more like coaching, if overused it can inhibit long term athletic development.
