🚨 A 2024 report from NC Commerce shows that returning citizens who receive job support are 💼 40% more likely to keep stable employment!
Our LifeWorks! program supports this with coaching, soft-skills training, and employer partnerships in alignment with NC Reentry 2030 and Governor Josh Stein’s Workforce Initiatives.

💔 Yet even with supportive programs, many people leaving prison in North Carolina earn as little as $7,500 a year, making it nearly impossible to build a stable life.

For us and our program graduates, second chances looks like a steady, living wage paycheck.
