BREAKING: While the CNO is out of office, Bill the Goat has taken command.

Bill stormed into the Chief of Naval Operations’ office, climbed into the big chair, and promptly declared himself CNO-for-the-Day ahead of this weekend’s Army–Navy Game.

He immediately issued the following high-priority guidance:

Bill’s Official Orders:

- All meetings this week will begin with a mandatory “Go Navy!” chant, led by Bill himself… whether he’s invited or not.
- All office chairs will be replaced with hay bales — Bill says they’re not only comfortable, they’re also good to eat.
- Every sentence, no matter the topic, will end with the phrase “Beat Army!”
- Chow halls will serve only the finest gourmet tin-can cuisine Bill personally approves.
- Uniform of the Day: Anything that says, “Go Navy, Beat Army.”
