the best version of me didn’t just “happen” overnight. it took intentional self-reinvention, mentally, physically, emotionally, and spiritually.

i used to scroll through glow up videos feeling like maybe i wasn’t meant for that kind of life. i saw girls like song jia, always glowing, always graceful, and a part of me wished i could live like that too.
but eventually, i stopped wishing and started working.

i realized a glow up isn’t about becoming someone else. it’s about becoming the version of you that you’ve always deserved to be.
