It appears the end is near for Chris Kreider and the #NewYorkRangers.

Frank Seravalli of dailyfaceoff said on Tuesday night that Anaheim could be the team that trades for Kreider, but nothing is finalized despite there being interest on the Ducks side. 

The 34-year-old has two years remaining on his current deal that comes with a cap hit of $6.5M per season.
