About a hundred people gathered to celebrate at Shanahan’s Bar & Grill in Kings Park.

Most wore Trump sweatshirts, hats, visors, cowboy hats, even a pair of American flag flare denim. One man wore a cut-out of the president’s face.

The crowd shushed one another as Trump took the stage. “The golden age of America begins right now … I will, very simply, put America first,” he said as the crowd erupted into cheers.
