## Caption

Our new Mobile Care Unit is here! The brightly decorated van will bring primary care and behavioral health services directly to children across #ContraCosta and #Alameda counties. 🎉 

The van is wheelchair-accessible and offers a range of services, including well-child visits, sports physicals, labs, vaccines and acute care for sick kids. We're hoping the mobile unit will remove barriers to care for families with transportation challenges, financial constraints and limited health care services in their neighborhoods.
