I really need to figure out what to call them. 😆 I guess it’s my twist on butter chicken but… without the butter and without the chicken. 😂 No matter what you call it, these tasty chickpeas are YUMMY! They’re simmered in a creamy, flavorful sauce that is completely plant based! This recipe is easy to make using just a few basic pantry staples and seasonings. 👌
