Today I tricked my brain into thinking I was working out in the sunshine back home in Aus with inferno mat Pilates 🔥☀️

Was my first time doing one of these classes and it set the mood for the whole day!

Highly recommend this or any type of exercise, even just a walk to boost your mood this time of year. You won’t regret it🫶❤️🌟
