Attempting to beat my PR for the Manitou Incline

When I moved here for 3 months for a clinical back in 2017, I used to do the incline 2-3x a week and my last time I timed myself and got 41 minutes. 

Since then I maybe do it once a year and it has been a few years since I have tried to time myself. I honestly thought I was going to do better but I will attempt again after some more training. Figuring out next races for next year, let me know if you have any recommendations! 😊

What I use for runs/hiking/training:

garmin and strava for tracking time, distance, fitness etc
