🥺 Adweek 2025 Most Powerful Women in Sports !!!!! Wow cryingggg !!! adweek gracias, gracias, y gracias ✨

NGL I teared when I got notified I was selected alongside such incredible women. As a Latina in the sports industry, nothing came easy…and nothing ever will. To be quite honest, we never expect it to be and that’s why these incredible recognitions mean so much to us. Porque sabemos todo lo que hemos dedicado y trabajado para llegar acá. Y lo más importante es que estamos inspirando y abriendo puertas a muchas mujeres más! 

We don’t do this for the likes, the awards, the recognitions. We do this because we are extremely passionate about what we do and we want to make a lasting impact while doing it. I’m so grateful to have the support of such an incredible family, an amazing husband, and friends and coworkers that I can also call familia. 

I hope this can serve as inspiration - 10 years ago exactly this day, I was at my lowest I’ve ever been. I tore my Achilles just a few days before the World Cup and had never felt that type of pain or depression before.  That year of recovery both mentally and physically instilled so much strength and power within me… I became a stronger woman because of it. Y ahora 10 años después, soy nombrada como unas de las más duras en en el deporte en los Estados Unidos. Que chimba. Y como dice Karol G … que chimba de vida ✨

Congratulations to the other badass women on this list! Keep inspiring! 🙌 vamos que vamos mi gente!!
