According to nbcnews, two law enforcement sources with direct knowledge of the investigation reportedly shared that Nick was arrested in connection with the death of his parents.

Variety reports that Los Angeles Police Department records show Nick was arrested Sunday at 9:15 p.m. and booked on a felony charge on Monday at 5:04 a.m. His booking description has been listed as “gang activity,” and his bail is set at $4 million.
