#Roommates, #TreySongz is facing legal trouble following an early-morning incident in New York City. According to nypost prosecutors say the R&B singer was arrested after allegedly punching a Manhattan nightclub employee in the face during a dispute over closing time. The incident reportedly went down around 4:24 a.m. on Dec. 4 at Dramma Night Club in Times Square, where Songz was partying with his crew.

Prosecutors claim a club worker informed Songz the venue was closing, which allegedly caused him to become “needlessly irate” before the altercation took place. Songz appeared in Manhattan criminal court on Sunday, where he was arraigned on an assault charge related to the nightclub incident. He is also facing a separate charge of second-degree criminal mischief stemming from another incident earlier that morning. _____________________________
In that case, prosecutors claim Songz caused more than $1,500 in damage at Mira Restaurant in Kips Bay. A manager at the restaurant reportedly told police he witnessed the singer break multiple items, including hookahs, DJ equipment, and sofas. Court records show a worker from the nightclub was granted an order of protection against Songz. Prosecutors also noted that he is reportedly a regular at the venue.
