Ingredients:
-1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
-1 pound spicy Italian sausage
-1 large yellow onion
-1 large celery stalk
-1/2 cup finely chopped oil-packed sun-dried tomatoes
-4 large garlic cloves
-8 cups chicken stock
-2 (15-ounce) cans chickpeas
-4 cups torn lacinato kale leaves
-2 ounces Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese
-1/4 cup heavy cream
-2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil
-3/4 teaspoon kosher salt
