This tart is such a gorgeous showstopper that tastes just as good as it looks! It has a spiced gingersnap crust, a tart cranberry orange compote, a rich white chocolate ganache, fluffy whipped cream peaks and sugared cranberries for topping! We use shamrockfarmsmilk Heavy Whipping Cream in both the white chocolate filling and the whipped cream. It whips faster and holds its peak for longer, so it’s our go-to for holiday recipes!
