First responders were called to the scene of a plane crash this afternoon at the DuPage Airport. The West Chicago Police Department said it was at the airport assisting the West Chicago Fire Protection District and DuPage Airport Authority personnel. The FAA said two people were onboard the plane at the time of the crash but further details on their conditions weren't immediately released. The National Transportation Safety Board will be investigating the crash.⁠
