I’ve been joking that these puff pastry bites are my version of savory baklava. Flaky layers, a little sweetness, a little saltiness, and the perfect crunch from Pearson Farm pecans. These Georgia pecans from pearsonfarmga add so much richness and texture to my Pecan Brie Bourbon Bacon Jam Bites. The jam melts into the Brie as they bake, turning glossy and almost candied. They look fancy, but they’re the easiest holiday appetizer I’ve made all season, and always the first to disappear.
