Is it just me, or is this perfectly therapeutic? 💫

I find that a submerging a cut pomegranate in water while processing makes things so much easier - the seeds sink while the white pith floats AND your kitchen doesn’t look like a crime scene afterwards with all the splattered pomegranate juice 🤭
