quick recipe for payasam:
- boil 3 cups water in a pot 
- add the entire packet of payasam mix slowly 
-simmer on medium heat for 5 min, stirring often 
-add 2 cups milk, mix well, and cook for another 2–3 min until slightly thick -serve warm
