As a soon-to-be mom of two, I am so honored to be a part of this maternal mental health campaign. I’ve been pretty open about my struggles with anxiety here, but the anxiety I experienced postpartum was another level. I felt like I lost myself, and like no one understood. But here’s the thing - you’re not alone.

And there is help and resources out there like the @NaturalCycles app and @PostpartumSupportInternational. I’m sure some of you have heard about the Natural Cycles
