🎓 Celebrating May 2025 Graduates 🎓 

👩‍💻 Meet Havva Dokmeci, a cybersecurity major from Greenville, South Carolina! 

Havva has been inspired by Upstate’s “miraculous essence,” where the small size fosters a sense of belonging and everyone looks out for each other. She compares her college experience to a spider’s web, where each connection has led her to new opportunities. The biggest branch in her web has been Georgia McClintock in Career Management, who has been a guiding force for Havva’s career path. Havva helped establish the student group Network8, which brings people together through art to collaborate on community-driven projects.
