I look forward to cooking for my family around the holidays. It’s a great time to bust out those timeless recipes that Grandma always made. A couple favorites of mine around Christmas are a nice roasted brown sugar and pineapple ham alongside some roasted brussel sprouts with bacon, garlic and a balsamic reduction.
