The team behind @watersttampa announced plans for a new entertainment district that will build on the area’s success and bring more live events to downtown Tampa.

The district is proposed across from @benchmarkintlarena along Channelside Drive, helping create a more connected entertainment hub near the Riverwalk.

What’s coming:
 🎤 A 3,500-seat performance venue
 🏨 A 250-room hotel
 🍽️ 100,000 square feet of retail, dining, & entertainment spaces

🗓️ Expected to break ground in 2027
