Pair with our Grain Free Sea Salt Tortilla Chips for that extra bit of crunch.⁠ ⁠ Ingredients⁠ ⁠ 1 can Vegan Refried Black Beans⁠ 1 can Vegan Ranchero Beans⁠ ½  jar Red Enchilada Sauce⁠ ½ packet Spicy Taco Seasoning⁠ 1 (8 oz) container Vegan Cream Cheese, Softened⁠ 2 (12 oz) containers Vegan Sour Cream⁠ 3 Small Avocados⁠ 1 Lime, juiced⁠ ¼ tsp Sea Salt⁠ ½  cup Vegan Cheddar or Mexican-Style Cheese, Shredded⁠ ¼  cup Pitted Black Olives, Sliced⁠ Scallions, for garnish⁠ ⁠ Directions⁠ ⁠ 1. To make the taco-seasoned cream cheese mixture, combine the vegan cream cheese, 1 container of vegan sour cream, and half the packet of Spicy Taco Seasoning. If you have a stand mixer, use the paddle attachment to combine.⁠ 2. To make the avocado crema, blend together 1 container of vegan sour cream, lime juice, and 3 small avocados until the mixture is smooth. Season with ¼ tsp sea salt, adjusting to taste.⁠ 3. Layer in order: Refried Black Beans, taco-seasoned cream cheese mixture, Refried Ranchero Beans, avocado crema, red enchilada sauce, shredded vegan cheese, black olives, and garnish with scallions⁠ 4.
