🐄 These ladies can produce on average 7.5 gallons of milk, every single day! The average American drinks 18 gallons of milk a year. That means one cow can nourish YOU for an entire year in just three days! 

☯️Dairy milk is a complete food source: providing 13 essential nutrients!! Talk about a powerhouse. That’s why there is only milk alternatives NOT milk equivalents. 

🥩🥛 Cows create nutrient dense meat and milk by fueling themselves with plant cellulose, which humans cannot digest. 

🍽Dairy cows are a driving force for food security and sustainable development. 

👶⛹️Dairy milk can play an important role in creating a healthy balanced diet for children and athletes. 

🌱Dairy gives back to the land and is helping to create a more sustainable future.
