➰There's a misconception that all fats are bad and only create excess adipose tissue on your body. 
❗️Adipose Tissue, what we commonly call bodyfat, chubb, rolls, fluff….is what we see on our body. 
❗️DietaryFAT, also called fatty acids and lipids, are what we eat.
➰Dietary FATS are essential to a body's proper function and can have so many benefits! 

Fats found in milk function to:

🐮Provide nutrients
🐮Provide energy
🐮Help with cell growth 
🐮Allow digestion of fat soluble vitamins
🐮Interact with the endocrine system to control bodily functions
🐮Add flavor and creaminess to milk 
🐮Provide lubrication for digestion 

🧐Did you know there are two essential nutrients that are fats? 

➰They are linoleic fatty acid and linolenic fatty acid. 

🔙 Backtrack....An ESSENTIAL NUTRIENT is: a nutrient that our body needs to survive but our body cannot make itself; so we must eat foods that contain these nutrients!
