I have many things that I appreciate about my husband Alfredo al5red . But I don't want to write a long story, so I am going focus only related to Coyotas… If it wasn't for him, I don't know if I would have started this project. The end…Lol. 

Thank you Fred al5red for trusting in me when I had the idea of making the best gluten free, grain free tortilla (and I didn’t even know how to make tortillas, that’s how much he trusted me). Thank you for becoming a Tortilla Master. 

It’s been a really amazing and fun journey to build a business and a family together. 💛
