MUSHROOM VEGGIE TACOS

•1 onion, chopped
•6 mini bell peppers, sliced
•1 pack of sliced mushrooms
•1 tsp turmeric
•1 tsp garlic powder
•1 tsp za’atar
•1 tsp paprika
•1/2 tsp salt
•1/2 tsp pepper
•2 cups chopped kale
•2 tbsp kalamata olives
•2 tbsp scallions

Sauté everything in a pan & add it onto your fav tortilla, I used @eatcoyotas street tacos. I used tahini & coconut yogurt as a base! Follow for more easy recipes!
