Cookie
- ½ cup butter softened
- ¾ cup white sugar
- ¼ cup dark brown sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1/2 cup crushed RIND apple chips
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 cups flour
- ¾ tsp cinnamon
- ⅛ tsp nutmeg
- ¼ tsp ginger
- ⅛ tsp allspice
- ¾ tsp baking soda
- ¼ tsp baking powder
- ¼ tsp salt

Streusel
- ¼ cup Flour
- 1 tbsp sugar
- ¼ tsp cinnamon
- ¼ tsp salt
- 1&½ tbsp Butter
- 1 green apple cut into cubes

Frosting
- 5 oz Softened Cream cheese
- 4 tbsp softened Butter
- 3 tbsp Caramel syrup
-  ¾ cup powdered sugar

Bake at 350 for 12-15 mins
