Proper Good Spiced Pumpkin Soup⁠
Mozzarella Cheese Sticks⁠
Fresh Chives, whole⁠
Pretzel Sticks⁠
Cilantro, for serving (optional)⁠

🧑‍🍳Method🧑‍🍳⁠
1. To make the cheese broomsticks: Cut each mozzarella stick in half. Slice two slits on one side of the halved cheesestick, the turn 180 degrees to cut another 1-2 slits. Push a pretzel stick into the top of the sliced cheesestick. Tie the chive around the top of the cheesestick like you would shoe strings, trimming the long ends. Repeat. ⁠
2. Heat up the spiced pumpkin soup on the stovetop or in the microwave until warm. Garnish with fresh cilantro and enjoy with the broomsticks!⁠
