🧅Ingredients🧅⁠
1/3 c soy sauce⁠
1/4 c avocado oil⁠
3 Tbl apple cider vinegar⁠
2 tsp dijon mustard⁠
1 Tbl Worcestershire sauce⁠
2 Tbl honey⁠
1 tsp Proper Good Spicy Seasoning⁠
1 1/2 lbs sirloin steak, cut in large chunks⁠
2 cups fresh pineapple, cut in large chunks⁠
2 large zucchini, cut in large chunks⁠
1 red onion, cut in large chunks⁠
1 red pepper, cut in large chunks⁠

🧑‍🍳Method🧑‍🍳⁠
1. Combine soy sauce, avocado oil, apple cider vinegar, dijon mustard, worcestershire sauce, honey and Proper Good Proper Spicy Seasoning in a large bowl. Stir well.⁠
2. Add sirloin steak and allow to marinate for at least 15 minutes, longer if time allows.⁠
3. Using metal skewers, add all remaining ingredients, rotating to fill the skewer completely.⁠
4. Grill over medium high heat for 5 minutes per side, or until steak and vegetables are cooked to your desired amount.⁠
