The US military has carried out another strike on what it says was a drug-trafficking vessel in the Eastern Pacific, according to US Southern Command.⁣

Footage released shows an explosion hitting a boat, sending smoke and flames into the air. Southern Command said the strike was ordered by US Secretary of War Pete Hegseth and carried out by Joint Task Force Southern Spear, adding that four alleged traffickers were killed and no US forces were harmed.⁣
