It’s been an incredible year moving the region across air, land, rail, and sea.

 -Hit major construction milestones in the complete transformation of JFK Airport

-Terminal A at Newark Liberty was named “Best New Airport Terminal in the World” by industry experts at Skytrax

-Progressed in modernizing Port Newark’s main roadway and acquired the Howland Hook Marine Terminal

-Advanced critical PATH infrastructure upgrades and made contactless payment available at all stations

-Replaced 95% of the George Washington Bridge’s steel suspender cables as part of our “Restoring the George” program 

-LaGuardia was named “Best U.S. Airport” by Forbes Travel Guide, based on a survey of 5,000 travel and hospitality experts

-Received final approvals to move forward on a new Midtown Bus Terminal – early works construction expected in Q1 2025
