HBCU Football History: 🏈Congratulations to Virginia Union’s Curtis Allen, who just became the first HBCU football player to win the Harlon Hill Trophy, the highest honor in NCAA Division II football.

He finished the season with 2,409 rushing yards, 30 touchdowns, and was named CIAA Offensive Player of the Year.

A breakthrough moment for HBCU football — and a season that changed the game.
